The change of seasons brings with it a change of meeting times. Starting Sunday, September 18, and running through Sunday, November 20, we will gather three times every Sunday: 8:45; 9:40; and 10:45.
1. Family BIble Class 8:45
As Brad continues his sermon series, Biblical Manhood & Womanhood: Equal & Unique, we’re providing a series of discussion groups in Family Bible Class which will complement the Sunday morning messages. Two couples from our church will be leading the discussions: John and Rebekah Lawrence, and Doug and Bridgette Payne.
In the past our congregation has benefited from similar discussion groups involving topics such as evangelism, gospel transformation, life in a local church, and school choices. We hope this discussion will be just as helpful.
Here is a tentative schedule of topics.

2. Corporate Prayer Service 9:40
Our corporate prayer crucial to our health as a congregation. We gather to adore God and confess our sins as his people. For one hour every week we add our voices the disciples’ of the first century and cry, “Lord, teach us to pray” (Luke. 11:1 ESV).
3. Corporate Worship Service 10:45
Gathering together for corporate worship every Sunday is the highlight of our week at Emmanuel. It is the exclamation point to the worship overflowing from our hearts all week long. We gather to celebrate the work of the Trinity in our redemption.
